yeah but do we really know why they stopped it? I mean can have many reasons. Sometimes you just seem to hit a wall and then you have only 2 options. Start it new or cancel it. It is stupid when it happens. But it happens. Its part of the creative process.
 
Well, as I see it, MCA should have reconsider making Planescape: Torment sequel funded via Kickstarter ASAP! :wiggle:

No, it didn't. Developers don't usually cancel games themselves and this was an important one. 20-30 people lost their jobs and co-workers lost their buddies. Not to mention Obsidian seemed to have poured a lot into this project. The Owners refused salary for fucks sake.

What happened is horrible.
