Petition: Release of Fallout design documents by Bethesda

If we all (well, Fallout fans that actually care about the design docs being released) - sign it - that'll give Bethesda a reliable population count

Yeah, but most people kind of hate petitions. Hell, most NMA polls don´t even get a lot of votes. It´s not an accurate or reliable population count.
