Pipboy companion app for Fallout 4 is out

I am just wondering what is even the use for it when the Pipboy can be brought up with a key and the app forces you to look away from the screen anyway.

There just really isn't a point to it. Sure, it'd be sort of fun to use day one when the hype is at its peak, but after that it's pretty pointless. Hell, I'd probably be wearing it if I had bought the special edition.

Fun for 20 min I guess, till you remove it because all that scrolling/jumping from menues makes you crazy

A new minigame has been unlocked with a jailbroken iPhone:

OMG! Okay you guys hate Bethesda and The New Fallout, but for Christ sake it's a free app for fans! If a miracle fell out the sky that had this app for FO1 or 2,you guys would be nutting all over the place! Bottom line...bitch when needed!:confused::irked:

Why the fuck would I need to use my phone to change my inventory when I could literally just do it in game?

It's basically just a screensaver for your phone so you can slot it into the Pipboy that comes with the collector's edition.

If you don't have the Pipboy, then I don't see what the big hoopla is about.

I really don't see the need for this app. Just press tab or whatever... It's also pretty laggy on my phone, anyone else have that problem?

Than just don't use it. It's that simple.

It's 100% optional. How can you complain about something that's for free and optional
