I see, ah, too bad, I hoped that I could get one by rewards of something, I've seen some npcs mentioning that there was a training to become a ranger, I thought there was one and I would get the armor.

Maybe I can draw some legion's there to kill him

Looks pretty good to me. I mostly take a beard only to cover parts of the head, which seems to be not needed on your character.
