Well, actually, yes, it's Richard M. Nixon, and the picture seems to be a shot taken from a TV'd speech (maybe the infamous "I'm not a crook" ?)

4/10 : not too fond of weird symbols... the glowing is somehow nice, but the light/lens-flare behind actually is a bit over-the-top (imho, of course)

That avatar is very fitting for you Kotario. It appears to be a very curious and uniquely built robot whose design makes it appear forlorn and delapidated.

Maybe of coherence but perverse to perception of ghoul? It’s hard to tell maybe it’s not a phantom but the incarnate perception of mutant?
