Obviously, i cannot rate anything so sophisticated, it escapes the boundaries of any scale i could possibly use.
 
That avatar couldn't be more appropriate. It's relevant to the forum being from Wasteland, relevant to the user being a soldier, very awesome and destinct graphics and he even has the same skin tone as the user. Probably the most memorable avatar here.

9.5/10 I wanted to do a 10/10, but that would mean it would be perfect and the one and only way I can think it would do better is if it was animated.
