Try to visualise a man in a gas mask holding a syringe filled with a glowing substance, looming over you, all this bathed in a hellish, greenish glow, with an effigy of a terrified, screaming face in the second plane.

Oh, and Stryfe, that pic really changes the look of the avatar - on its own it just looks like he's looking at something, rather than shooting stuff.
