It's an album cover from a little seattle band called Alice in Chains... it's their self-titled cd.

I give you a 5 3/4 for the glowing green canine. Not too fond of irradiated dogs.

It was done by a friend of mine, a Mr. Ben Neall, great artist, he used to do Post apoc art but haven't seen him around for sometime.
