Repairing Fallout's story from Bethesda

Honestly, the Master's biggest flaw was he wasn't ruthless enough and believed humans to be worthless. All he needed to do was to keep humans around in camps as breeding stock and he could make new Super Mutants from them forever.

A caste system as opposed to a Master Race.

Admiral Tolwen made the same mistake with his attempts to eliminate lesser mortals than his Black Lance soldiers.

Why would there be? They're looked up to as Angels by all the members of the Unity. The problems wouldn't appear unless the Nightkin become dominant. Brainwashed from birth, actual evidence of it (look, we have succeeded in creating shit. We're not just promises!) and... hmm yeah there is that.
You are dreaming a world shared many same image of the world those religion extremists dreaming for.

I agree to this, with people who work hard ascended to Super Mutants.

Actually, you know what's horrifying? If the Master had the Gary cloning machine or Gatorclaw replicator, he wouldn't have needed to commit suicide.

He missed technology as a compensation for biological breeding.

Master's goal is making everyone equal, not create an Army of super mutant.
