Repairing Fallout's story from Bethesda

SMs relying on humans to reproduce themselves would defeat the very point of the Unity. SMs aren't truly superior beings if they can't even reproduce on their own.

the end goal of the Master's plan is for all humans to be assimilated into the Unity. at best, it'd be a temporary solution until a cure is found.
It is a temporary solution until the Master can fix that problem. Also, one can argue that being unable to breed is a SIGN of superiority, as sex has divided us and creates conflict.

They have to members of the Unity to breed. Aka: People who admire and look up to Super Mutants as the next step. I'm sure they will be happy to provide their child for 'ascending'.
There are two, but both of them are already thinking about becoming super mutant, how about other human?
There is no way to convince everyone become part of unity and even become a super mutant is for the best of all.
There will be always someone don't want to become part of the Unity, there will be always have difference if we do it that way, and those problems will always cause unstable of the Unity.
And what if there actually is no hope at all? You may want to say we shall not let "What if" stop the program, but don't thinking about the risk of the action is just purely stupid.

Not if everyone is brainwashed into a religious cult since birth.

And how many human actually able to see the Master face by face?
And you forgot there is no such thing as a idea been accepted by everyone.
Super Mutants, I meant Super Mutants. Master is the God of all this.

No, but we've never created a society of fanatics and support to back it up.

I feel the need to point out that the Master's loyalty from all Super Mutants is due to the fact he was psychically present in their minds at all time as their God.* That's why New Vegas had Dog/God, Antler, and even Tabitha with her eyebot. They're all trying to recover that sense of the Master's psychic presence in their minds since he provided them a sense of purpose and joy.

* The Master never claimed to be a God but this is how the Super Mutants viewed him.

And how the members of the Unity viewed him.

That's Mr. Handy, not eyebot.

You can always burn those children as heretics, though.
Yeah.... also, realize that by disagreeing with Unity they're basically supporting death, disagreement and conflict meaning that their deaths can be justified well by everyone else.

Isn't that basically what happened in Dark Age?
And did that work out even in today?
1. Christians didn't have super strong, super tough and basically immortal beings supporting them.
2. They had no clear proof of miracles and so doubt was rife.
3. There was already lots of conflict and corruption.

You are assuming there will be no conflict between human and super mutant inside the Unity, and assuming everyone will believe in same religion without doubt, and assuming Master himself will like this idea.

I have no doubt. I know what cause I serve.

Then the Enclave.

:)

But mostly Nuka Cola Raiders.

Why would there be? They're looked up to as Angels by all the members of the Unity. The problems wouldn't appear unless the Nightkin become dominant. Brainwashed from birth, actual evidence of it (look, we have succeeded in creating shit. We're not just promises!) and... hmm yeah there is that.
