[Serious] Fallout 4 DLC Ideas

A cyberpunk esque DLC that dealt with Cybernetic augmentation could be neat. I'm not asking for some Deus Ex level plot here (it IS Bethesda afterall) but it'd be cool to get some neat robo powers to mess with.

Meh, to each their own. I don't like using glitches unless it gets me bonus stuff I can't get by normal means or if it lets me walk around with more than 1 guy with a sniper and a flying metal eye.

Plus it's much easier to manage having all the companions with you and it makes fighting easier or more stress worthy as I try my best to keep all my sweet baby children from getting blown up.

I die inside whenever Boone dies, by my gun or someone else's.

I love tough combat where a headshot can kill me instantly. I don't miss Boone, he's a bloody asshole. I've... eh... gotten rid of him myself if you get my drift.

I love Boone.

I mean you can kinda understand why he's an ass. He kinda had to kill his wife and unborn child.

You're not exactly sunshine and rainbows after that.

Plus he's a damn good shot. 99% your enemies heads will explode.

Also when you finish his personal quest he becomes your best bro and NCR pal.
I like this because I literally can't choose any other ending other than NCR. I dunno why.
House doesn't give a shit about anything other than Vegas.
Independent Vegas basically turns Vegas into modern day Chicago.
And I don't ever choose the Legion because I can't stand around Caeser for more than five seconds without bashing/gutting/shooting/blowing up/murdering him.

I hate the NCR. I can list many reasons why.

I understand why he's all down and aggressive, but I still find him annoying. Really annoying. Even his skill as a shot doesn't forgive him.

As someone whose current New Vegas playthrough is like this; love is a strong word.
Hey I like it a lot! Coupled with Arwen's survival mod, damn it's tough! And tons of quest mods, houses and more! Now I can be a caravan guard, hire mercenaries and be a courier!

It also makes the rewards more worth it.

The NCR is a better choice than the Legion considering my personal morals involves the torture and death of any and all slavers/rapists/Romans.

The NCR does there best and I'd love to see more of them in a future Fallout game.

I kid. It is really fun but sometimes there just that certain NPC who keeps managing to perfectly home in on your head and you just wanna flip. It definitely makes things more rewarding though. I've finally got around to getting my character all powered up on implants and whatnot thanks to a few mods I have. Becoming a demigod is so much more satisfying after being a lowly human.

So you like them because they do the same thing that the Legion does... on the Legion?

NCR, Legion, or House Always Wins endings for Fallout New Vegas were all interesting choices and very well written. All of them are VERY interesting possibilities that have very clearly different outcomes for the Mojave Wasteland, its people, and its economy.

Then Fallout 4 came along and insulted my intelligence with its ridiculous story and characters. A game made by babies. I don't want Bethesda doing anything wacky like Old World Blues for Fallout 4 DLC because there is no way the people who made Fallout 4's story and characters can ever do it right, and it will only come out as garbage. And then idiots will cry "BUT OLD WORLD BLUES WAS ZANY THEREFORE FALLOUT 4 DLC CAN ALSO BE ZANY!" No. It's not at all the same. The writers at Bethesda have ruined Skyrim with their ridiculous quests, and they've ruined Fallout 4 with even more ridiculous crap.

At least they should stick to something grounded because they've already made it clear they're "not interested in realism in games with talking mutants" so everything can be "LOLZ RANDOMZ! BECAUSE WHO CARES!" and non-Fallout fans will beg them to take their money.

No, the NCR isn't like the Legion.

Sure they take a shitton of land(which Kimball is a fucking idiot.) but they don't enslave and they're are not Romans.

I haven't met any NCR soldiers I can recalled who have raped others besides being raped(First Recon.)

Enslave? Like forced conscription with little training and barely any gear, then to be forced into the meat grinder of the war is any better?

This is similar to how I have FNV. I use realistic weapon damage, immersive sneaking because I like surprises, 3x hardcore rates, fast travel disabled, vats disabled, monster mod, and A world of Pain.

I would like a DLC involving the ocean, like adding more creatures swimming around and stuff. In the game it's not used to its full potential. I mean that place is scary, I swim down there with all that limited visibility, no way to defend myself at all, expecting some giant squid to pop out of no where and suck my face off. Sadly though, that never happened... but I want it to happen...

They already made a crappy knockoff of Mass Effect with that awful dialogue wheel and cutscenes that do not come anywhere near the quality of Mass Effect. They might as well make an awful version of Rapture from Bioshock as well.

I hope someone does something with the premise from the original Fallout 3 with Victor Presper (your name reminds me of it). That was a great premise for a Fallout game.

Yeah, a city filled with giant mutated sentient Sea Monkeys. In the DLC the player would dethrone the Sea Monkey King. Afterwards they would swim around helping the Sea Monkey Seapreston Garmonkey build more settlements. That would be awesome.

It's really sad that after my 100+ hours in Fallout 4 I can easily believe that they would do this exact thing.

They'd shoe in some underwater settlement building/maintenance thing that would give you infinite procedurally generated quests from Prawnston Crabvey (the fish version of Preston Gravey).
