Edit: looks like the nicole pic didn't come out, but its the same pic thats on Fallout talking heads page.

Taken from a screenshot of one of the loading screens from FO1. That screenshot has done duty as my wallpaper off and on since I played the first Fallout in various modified forms. It's always been one of my favorite pics of Vault Boy.

I am hungry for more sharing here, people.

So many great avatars, so few explanations :)

My current av is the famous "Kharn's av"

What most people can't see at that resolution is that this picture is of a Cyclops. It's a Roman copy of a Greek original. I scanned this picture years ago out of my Ancient History text book in High School...would've been about 6-7 years ago. Ever since, this is the av I return to whenever I'm done with a new av. The pic at full resolution is gone baby gone, tho'

Awesome. Why did you chose this as your avatar in the first place, BN? Anw who's that ominous "Kharn" you stole it from?

Mine's obviously a Clockwork Orange screencap.

I took a picture of a Curious George book and super-imposed the gun in it's hand. It seemed to fit the expression 'One Bad Little Monkey', which I have used to describe myself from time to time since high school many, many years ago.

For those so interested, George is holding a USP Expert in 9mm, with a Trijicon Reflex sight mounted on the top.

Kharn was my nickname on NMA and elsewhere for many, many years (like 1998-2006).

Why? I don't know, I saw the picture in my Greek textbook and loved it. And even though most don't see that it's a Cyclops, it's still a nice, unique av. I usually rotate it with other bearded men, anyway :P

Nah, I just kharn't believe that.
Actually, I wasn't serious with this one, dude. I've been around since 2003.

Yeah, it's pretty unique. The last random bearded men period was rather long, eh?

Mine is from the metal-archives forums back when we still had the random pictures thread.
