So I'm hooked on WoW

Saying that, i think i would actually prefer you playing WoW as opposed to that piece of shit. :D

Oh, come on. The Sims was fun, is Sims 2 bad? All I've ever read were good reviews.

Or was that sarcasm?

Nah, my mate actually. The highest i have seen him do was 107 hours per week.
I take it sleep and perhaps even the caloric intake was quite low for that week?

That's pretty scary though. What is that like 15hrs a day?

Pretty much, yeah. Its funny, he used to be all outgoing in the social sence, now "ahn qiraj" or whatever comes first.

Ahn'Qiraj, Josh! but i suppose it's Naxxramas now, since AQ is old.

anyhow, i've been officer in the 10th 'best' wow guild worldwide until recently and i never ever spent 100 hours a week on it though. thats just sick. even for someone that's been in the endgame, like me.
i played 25 hours a week back then, i think. but you'd also have to add the officer crap that comes with it when you aren't playing.

the only 2 logical explanations for playing 100 hours a week is: 1) pvp, going for r14 & 2) being a chinese farmer.

now, sadly, your friend isn't the only one. there are people out there that got insane amounts of /played time. my /played on my main was 75 days, alt was 20 i believe. (yes, thats sick too, i know)

you should ask your friend for his /played, Josh.

Agreed. WoW sounds quite horrible.

But...Sims 2? No one ever answered me about it.

Since this thread was revived, I might as well post THIS hilarious link...

It basically makes fun of the Draenei, the new race that will be introduced with WoW's expansion, and their space origin, makes fun of the way WoW Lore is heading by comparing it to Starcraft, etc.

Obviously, everyone here either hates the game, or has not played it. So why post the link?

But Josh, I love the Sims. Only in the wee hours of the morning, really, but I still love it.

The only thing Sims is good for is getting bitches all up in yo' crib fo' some play time, yo.

Oh, and closing a sim in a wooden room and starting a fire.

Everyone that likes the game has dissappeared and is playing it instead. Few are immune, not even norse gods.

Well, I got Battlefront II, as my local Target was only had Sims 2 Expansions, for some reason. Don't laugh, Target has a PC game collection nearly as big and good as EB Games, they charge less, and it's far closer. Target is the shit.

In the past few years, every EB Games and GameStop store I know of have minimized their PC game selection. It seems they are focusing nearly exclusively on consoles and handhelds, PC games are lucky if they get a full shelf. It is rather depressing to see PSP games/movies/accessories receive twice the shelf space of good old PC gaming.
