I don't think that's a bug. If we're thinking about the same place (SoC), there's a tunnel in the starting area which is supposed to a real hotspot. I only got into it later in game, when I got some better armor, if I recall correctly. It was high radiation, very high, but not infinite.

It doesn't always happen. That's why it was a bug :wink:
After exiting the tunnel I kept receiving radiation, as if I had a radiation emitting artifact equipped. I even had crystal equipped, and I still received absurd amounts of radiation.
 
I heard Sidorovich sometimes sells Groza for 20000 but it disappears after quest from Wolf. so I tried to earn money to buy it but it seems like worthless...
 
Reloaded my last save and the marks was gone! \o/ Decided to wipe out the military outpost AND i found some new secrets i didn't find the first time!.. And then i lost the happiness when i got the radiation crap again and no save close before it. Gonna see if i still have it later and if i do i'm not sure what i should do.

Alltho the fortune i earned for killing every soldier so far should fetch me some anti radiation meds.

Hardest difficulty v2.5? Permanent radiation!
 
The radiation "bug" is gone \o/ Everything but the "find an exit" mark has been bug free and seeing how i'm now playing on the hardest difficulty i'm having more fun with the exception of still swimming in money...


And OFC something has to come around and fuck me over! Using a body as portable storage since the few people i can trade with in the current zone doesn't have to much cash i decided to save it all up on a body i can drag around untill i'm done.
This includes ammo weapons and 2 armors i found just for the sake of it!

Decide that i should put my last items away before heading into the lab but when i exit the building the body is gone and a single dog is sitting next to where it was..

So my guess is that mutants can actually disspose of bodies or i might just have had my precious portable storage guy dissapear with pretty much anything of value i've found in the entire zone - the lab >:|

I knew people could drag bodies away a bit but not this.. And of all the 20 "ish" bodies he took that one.. He just asked to get shot by the RPG i found close by :P
 
They burn bodies in their fires too. So you come back after a while and find a heap of legs sticking out of a burning drum. :P

Decided to reload an earlier save not that far behind and this time i dragged the body to a safe spot before finnishing of the last part of the area!.. When i came back the body was gone again..

Well i did save just before i went down the lab!.. The body that is supposed to be infront of my character in the save is.. gone T_T It's not that i lost that much "needed" crap but i lost a quest related weapon and quite a few grenades for the attached grenade launcher and they are quite rare.

Maybe i should get a bug fixing mod/patch..
 
Try not storing loot on corpses; it's very unreliable. Have you seen any blue boxes lately? You can normally store stuff in those with out any problems.

I usually don't store things like that but i decided to do it for a short time instead of running all the way down to the only few people i can trade with in the valley 2-3 times.

Yeah, the boars in the early stages of clear sky are fucking assholes.
There are so many of them, and they don't stop attacking.

Keep in mind i tried to nade the shit out of them but dogs are nade secured... But a few died behind the corner where they SLAUGTERED the 5-7 well armed guys in a matter of seconds!

Was thinking of using my rocket launcher that i was going to use for chopper hunting after doing the lab x-16 but i decided it was not worth it.

After playing enough FPS games, the starting PM is enough to work your way to an AKSU-74. I remember going through the collapsed bridge checkpoint last time, took me about a magazine to get through and collect all of the soldier guns. Of course, you get Spetsnatz on return trip, but that's just mo' money.
 
Actually, what I want is just confirm that Sidorvich sells groza.
For decent weapon, fastshot Ak is enough.
