The choice about the perspective, ISO/top down or First Person, is definitely not limited because of technology. I could totally see a Fallout done in top down perspective and Turn Based combat with modern technology.

Did you know that there is a Jukka Cola Vending machine in STASIS? I guess that easter egg is pretty obvious. Curious how many more there are!
