Talking Heads

Hey Dobrovnik, if you're still around, who made the Lara in metal armor? Would they be interested helping with Armored talking heads for the FO2 RP?

Ooops! Good call Magnus... but hey, if the city of Dobrovnik is willing to help that would be great also. :)

:rofl:
I hadn't thought of that! Think of all the manpower we will have, the project will be done in no time.

Anyway - just to reiterate: Drobovik - If you're still around and know who made the Lara metal armour from earlier in this thread let me know please.

Again, with Dubrovnik:naughty::falloutonline::falloutonline: :grin:
Bad @Josan12, bad!
To answer your question. The metal armor suit was created for fallout 2 mod - Heart of South.
Link to leftover art
It's long closed, I believe. Lara was put together by me thru combining metal armor with Judge Dredd's moma.

I understeand Fallout modding is hard work but i have question abaut "Talking Heads".

Basic fallout 2 always had a small amount of talking heads and this respect, it was weaker than the first Fallout 1 [more talking heads]

Guys In future u are plan to add "talking heads' to rest of the companions/important NPC ... ?
[Of course Restoration Project compatibile]

Skynet - does not have to use their voice, just some beeping and nice talking robot head. It would be great.
Kitsune, Jules, Dex [3 really great and useful companions from EPA] - it would be great if they were their own.

Drobovik ur "takingheads" are ready ? possible to implementrd to the Fallout Restoration ?
If so, could you give me the link...?

Regarding my talking head mod is not as complete as I'd like to be, but have a demo you can check out if you wish.
Here
It's designed to run on RP 2.3.3 by Killap

The demo works great for me so far! But is there any way to make it not overwrite the Armored Talking Heads mod?:look:

So, I've included the heads in the MM. So far Cassidy seems to work fine. One note, though: there is no voice for the original Cassidy, i.e. the one in leather armor or when without armor altogether. Trying to copy and rename another voice folder for him results in really choppy graphics, so it is better to just not use a voice for CASDY unless someone smart on acm/lip files creates a proper one.

I am having an issue with Sulik, though. I can't get any of his new heads to come up. If I talk to him wearing any kind of armor, his voice comes up, but there is no head or background artwork... just a black area where those would occur.

Has anyone out there gotten any of Sulik's new art to display properly?

Does it only work in high resolution, maybe?

Edit: Further testing also shows that the advanced Power armor models for Cassidy and Myron also do not work.

@Josan12
You're assistance would really be appreciated.

Hey MIB,

Have you tried the armored TH's mod with a fresh install of the RP 2.3? I'm not sure what setup you're using but i'm guessing it's heavily modded from all your MM work....
I haven't tried it recently but it seems most people at the armored TH's thread successfully used the mod - and didn't report any issues like the one's you're having after Droboviks hotfix...
