The phrase "a dog's life" - translations needed!

Yeah. Same goes for Norwegian (Bokmål): 'et hundeliv'
The Norwegian (Nynorsk) phrase is very similar: 'eit hundeliv'
 
The correct or the most usual form (at least in Central Mexico) is: "Una vida de perros".
"Una vida perra" (A bitchy life, a life that sucks), where "perra" is an adjective, is less usual.
