Well shit maybe this tumblr is a prank after all.

If it isn't they posted another audio clip that sounded like a guy shaking a bottle of pills around and rummaging through garbage or something with a song in the background and the number 17882 which is the zip code for Troxelville, PA.
 
Three Dog's voice Actor Erik Todd Dellums @ETDellums just posted "Are we getting closer? Hmm. .Ready to Fight the Good Fight? I know I am. " on his Twitter account. Underneath he linked to Where Or When (Frank Sinatra - with Lyrics) on YouTube

Don't want to get all hyped up but, the timing was a bit convenient considering he had permission from Beth the last time he posted Fallout related tweets.

This is most probably a fake.
The source code for the page is changing way too often and carries a lot of lines that are not used.
It feels like someone's reading the discussions and making changes to make it look more legit.
The only question now is the north american IP.

The Tumblr is obviously a fake. Bethesda's no Rockstar and they don't usually do this kind of stuff. Like creating different accounts and websites for fans to discover. Beth's PR is pretty straitforward. If they do post teasers, they shout about it everywhere. Also, the style of the Tumblr page is far from what I assume Beth would've created.

That said, it is really a matter of little time they will announce Fallout 4. No doubt it is their next major project and this is a perfect time to announce it. So while the site is most probably a fake, we will hear something about Fallout 4 in a short time.

Oh, boy! I hope Three Dog has been transformed into a ghoul/actually turns out to be an android, so he can be in every single future Beth 'Fallout' game ever to be released. Or even better: what if you get to play as Three Dog? That would just be so awesome! To be able to fight the good fight myself, that is the dream (I mean, Fallout 3 was a bit too morally ambiguous and grey-scaled for my taste; I prefer to know that I'm playing a Cool [Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic] Good Guy(TM))!
 
I don't know about you guys, but I like this quite a lot, if it is actually fake.
I mean, whoever did this, hats down. They do it with style.

If this is for real, well...okay. That "4" in Fallout 4 looks nice, I guess.
 
I'm quite enjoying myself searching for news and speculating, whoever did this is good, really good.
 
FO3 for me ruined the tactical combat from previous games, but eh whatever floats Bethesda's boat.

They can't even bother to put in both FPS/3PV and a toggle for a top-down view like Dragon Age did. Absolutely atrocious engine for trying to tell followers what to do as well.

NV was a touch on the better side with the better writing, but the games still irk me in a way that they feel like "Elder Scrolls: Fallout Total Conversion, download yours today!"
 
They mention the glow and west-tek. If bethesda is going to fuck with the original lore it's time to get our warfaces on.

Yeah, they'd never do something like that. I mean, imagine if they suddenly decided that FEV is not only handled by West Tek on the west coast, but suddenly Vault Tec gets FEV samples to experiment in a vault with. That would be hilariously stupid. Nah, they wouldn't go that far.
 
Interesting fact: websites hosted on 5.131.13.121 and 199.15.249.30 have different source codes. The last one has no "fallout" named files in it.
 
Right I hope this is the ID devs fucking with us for Beth, but I do have my Doubts.

But what ever is going on it's interesting and hope it continues.
 
Hi guys. If you look at the file name of the vault-tec logo on the website (thesurvivor2299), it looks like hexadecimal code.
I had no luck making a meaningful string out of it yet...
