It appears Trump is winning.
He is outdoing Hillary in the national polls, she is threatened by a third party run, he has party unity, and people are starting to like him.
I heard people say that the polls rising after nomination win is a normal thing, and he will go down in the polls later after Hillary wins, but I disagree. It looks like she is in trouble, because Bernie is not leaving the race and will probably run as a third party candidate, like ralph nader in 2000, the Democratic party unity is being ripped to pieces by the contest, and it looks like there will be a brutal floor fight at the convention.
Thing is John Mccain was not leading in the polls for long because Obama sealed up the nomination before he did, looks like a couple more months for Hillary, so Trump can cement his lead. He has party unity, she does not.

To be fair, the whole Donald Trump thing is making good material for a character in this game I'm working on.
 
The Trump jokes are getting so old at this point. Yes, he's shit, we get it. Making a Trump joke now is the equivalent of vaping to me. It just makes me annoyed. Everything that could be said about the little blusterball has been said already.

Either way we're screwed. Trump or Hillary, both are absolutely terrible. Both will ruin the economy and piss everyone off, just like their predecessors Obama and Bush Jr. Bernie Sanders is a bit of a loony but he at least had some decent ideas. I'm gonna vote for Gary Johnson, fuck this. Maybe if enough people vote 3rd party, these snakes will finally realize we mean business when we say we want change and not their corrupt bullshit.

I'd rather vote for Trump or Hillary though. If for no other reason than the title "1st Woman President" shouldn't be tainted by a criminal.
 
Its moments like this in history I wish I could disappear into the wilderness and never come back. But the sad fact remains that there is no more livable wilderness that doesn't have some form of infrastructure now.

Dunno what you're talking about there. Plenty of places untouched by man in the Amazon. Hell, we only recently discovered a Native tribe deep in the Amazon we had no idea existed previously. Same goes for the Australian Outback, as well as many forests around here in the Deep South. My state alone is 57% Forest as opposed to houses and infrastructure. Tons of places to get lost in, you just have to know where to look.
 
Basically, we can either choose between an economic powerhouse with the brains of a moldy potato and who might be controlled by a neural parasite disguised as a toupee, an old guy with no knowledge of how money works and who sounds like socialist Yogi Bear, or we can get a murderer with terrible computer security.

At the very least, Donald Trump or the hair-based symbiote controlling him might stand a chance at not crashing our economy.
 
I still find it funny how everyone is still trying to say that the man who turned one million dollars (which he increased and paid back in the same year he received it) into multi-billions, has buildings from here in the US to the other side of the world AND is now on the fast track to becoming president of the United States is "stupid". If that man is stupid who the hell isn't?

Oh. In that case then yeah, I pretty much know it'll be like Austria. Trump'll be screwed just like Sanders. Bernie Sanders is already being fucked by a rigged election. Just look up Super Delegates that the Democrats use, it's complete bull. They all pledged to Hillary before the election even started, putting Bernie at a severe disadvantage, and all you'll read about is the media trying to pathetically defend Super Delegates like it's a good thing. It's completely corrupt.

Say what you want about Republicans but at least they don't have Super Delegates.
 
What I reckon will happen is Hillary Clinton will win the Democrat nominees, then all the Bernie supporters, realising that she is closer to there ideals will panic and vote for her. Hilary's probably going to win by a mile.

It's not a great outcome, but I'd much prefer Hilary as president to the guy who wants to make an incredibly poor country even poorer by forcing them to pay for a wall that will do nothing.
