Policia. Well the pronunciation is quite close. I think if they said that he would stop. But he was in a busy station and he was already afraid of some members of a gang. So it's not difficult to understand why he tried to escape from a group of armed people in civilian cloths chasing him. What I don't understand is why they killed him after mobilizing him.
