When he talks about the base it's not very clear that he added the location on your map so check your map that you don't already have it there.

ps. you are a grave digger aren't you? I tried it dosen times and couldn't get the location without getting that

Yeah I've found it and yes I've become a "Grave Digger" :?
In the APE, I manage to repair the hologram but I can talk/use the toaster, "medical machine", etc... DO I have to put the power back online or something like that??

There is nothing to do with the toaster...that aspect was not completely added by Chris Parks. If by "medical machine" you mean Mr. Chemmie!, you just have to step up next to the machine in order to tell it what to do.

Ok thx, but Mrs Chemmie look like he's offline. :|
Does the others quest are available int the EPA;

EPA doc:
Hologram War
The player can encounter some of the custodial holograms that still fill the EPA corridors. They were mostly used as tour guides while the EPA was still in operation, but ever since the "Big Silence/Great Static" following the "Big Flash," they have become somewhat warped in their duties. They have taken the bureaucratic mentality to a lethal extreme, imposing regulation and regulation upon each other until they have become gridlocked in their duties and can no longer function. The heads of each division are currently arguing ad nauseum in one of the EPA conference rooms because the presence of a powerful magnetic field that keeps erasing their short-term memories (they keep repeating the same argument every five minutes, forget everything they say, then repeat it again). Only by fixing the problem with the magnetic coils, interrupting the conversation and ordering them to stop can the player stop the gridlock.
Holograms can only be destroyed by an EMP grenade, or by stealing or destroying the EPA power core in Sub-Level Yellow.
Gas-Filled Level
One of the levels is filled with poisonous gas. If the player wanders around this level, he will take considerable damage every round until he leaves or dies. A player can either make brief hops onto the level to steal things from the labs there or else find an oxygen mask hidden on one of the lower levels that allows him to breathe freely as long as he has it in one of his two hands.
Static Zzzzzt
The player discovers one malfunctioning hologram that speaks only in static (like a fast food drive through speaker). If the player repairs the holograms projector (or slows down his speech), he can learn some important codes or other information.
ABACAB
One of the computers in the EPA mentions a simple cure for epilepsy. Apparently, by repeating a series of letters with the proper inflections, a listener can be cured of either autism or epilepsy. If the player discovers this and goes to New Reno and says the code phrase to the Barking Man, then he will be cured and gives the player a minor reward (in addition to the minor experience award).
No News of a Thaw
The player may discover some hibernation cells in the lower levels of the EPA, and depending on what type of character he is (combat, stealth, or diplomatic), he can free one of three hibernating humans that have been preserved since the great silence.

Still your, I'm saying again, MegaMod ROCK!!!

Thanks.
You may not be standing in the right spot to have Mr. Chemmie! work. There isn't anything wrong with it...unless you have a missing script. But that wouldn't make sense if you have the rest of the mod working right.
And Chris did a great job putting the EPA together from the design document, but he added a few things, too, that he either wanted to see or needed to be there to fill in the gaps. Point is, don't rely on a design document (or any other guide) to try to play the Megamod.

ok still trying to be a shaman. I saved the dog in arroyo and in the first town i fed the dog, got the TORG a job and found the boy stealing stuff. with the boy if i attack him in the garden it keeps going to attack mode even if he runs away, and if i go into thehouse i have to kill the dad which breaks the shamans quest yeah? Cant seem to get 30 Karma! Only got 22 max.

If you're finding the boy in the garden, you're going to miss the deadline for the shamaan quest anyway.

You have to figure out how to build 30 karma AND make it back to Hakunin in time. You're going to have to build karma close to home and quick.

There aren't more than a dozen posts within the modding forum with the term voice module that are also associated with my name here. Do a search and read how to do the fix.

Klint disappears? Or only runs to a point (either up or down) and then runs back? If he just runs away, yes, that bug has been mentioned several times, and I don't know the cause or how to fix it. If he disappears, well, then...that would be new.

1 I've to remove the vault13.gam in the data/data folder to correct it if I'm right?

2 Klint disappears --> I'm in San Francisco, everybody is there. I'm hit the road, have a random encounter; Klint is not there...
Have to relaod and then he follow.
And when he have a Adv. Power Armor, the display screen do not display his name but something like about the armor who get dmg...

Got something else too. I've finish 5 quest at the EPA but when I'm going back; it's look like I've done nothing... light are down, hologram still "trap" in the room, door I've unlock are lock again, etc
Are you aware of this?

Q. The worldmap have been enlarge beneath NCR???

1 - remember that you have to load a game before you entered the V13 first time after you remove the extra vault13.gam file

2 - talk to the new npc's in navarro and broken hills (not that many people so I'm going to leave the hint at that.....).

If I've just enter the cave but not the vault 13, is it OK or I have to begin from the begining? :|

You better reread what I said in those posts. I did NOT say to remove the vault13.gam file from your data/data folder. If you do that, your game will be really screwed up.

And you need to load a game from before you enter the vault map itself. The cave area is ok. But if you try to use a game where you are on the same map as any of the deathclaws, then your game will still be messed up.

As for the EPA map resetting, I have had that occur once. I think killap said he experienced that with some other location in the game once, too. It happens. It's rare. Don't know the cause of it.

Play little role play here....You are a fugitive deserter and done some really questionable things WHAT will you most likely end up doing the rest of your life? (oh he aint named anthony fassard if that helps, his name is more of a description)

The only one who fit this description is "Tony" who make me post
man of the waste
(If I refer to some Pen&Paper who talk about him)
It's the only NPC who fit whit:

Description: Anthony was one of the most
talented Enclave pilots. He was the leader
of 1st Inca squadron and had the best
results in whole Enclave air forces many
thought he is about to be promoted for a
major and later maybe even for a colonel
but one day his Inca didn’t return from a
simple recon mission. He never reported to
a refuelling station in the desert where he
ought to refill his Inca before returning to
Navarro. Enclave sent a massive a rescue
force that searched for many days, but they
didn’t find him nor any sing of what has
happened with him and his chopper…
Now he is officially listed as MIA but
many think that he lives somewhere in the
wastes…

GM notes:
Equipment: Anthony wears torn and
almost unrecognisable Enclave pilot
uniform (with insignia of 1st Inca Squadron
– a dragon attacking a sheep and words:
“Strike Swiftly”), he is armed with Desert
Viper pistol

Description: The truth is that Fassard’s
RAH-88 Inca actually reported to
refuelling station but when he was
approaching landing pad suddenly a
Hedgehog air defence vehicle standing in a
trench near by opened fire at his Inca.
Thanks to his abilities he managed to
manoeuvre his hopper out of danger zone
but it got badly damaged and Fassard
himself got badly injured. All of this
happened because he started to use his
popularity among Enclave soldiers to
convince them that they should reveal
themselves and help all people from the
wastes which was against HCSW policy –
15 therefore he had to die. The HCSW
ordered his chopper to be shot down during
landing so then later they could say he was
killed by raiders when approaching landing
pad at low speed and with no manoeuvre
possibilities. But the HCSW members had
never expected that he would survive. The
rescue force that was sent was actually
consisting mostly form HCSW Special
Forces and actually wanted to terminate
Fassard if they ever found him. Meanwhile
Fassard managed to fly his chopper as far
as 100 km away into the wastes before he
finally crash-landed it in a lake (that’s why
Enclave soldiers didn’t find him). Anthony
himself was found half-alive a by a
primitive tribe that helped him and thought
of him as a divine “man from the skies”.
He stayed in this tribe for a couple of
months and then started a new life as a
wanderer among the wastes searching
someone that will help him tell the Enclave
citizens the truth about his “death” which
can possibly overthrow the HCSW rule,
but what he doesn’t know is that the
HCSW has also heard of a man dressed in
Enclave airborne uniform and has sent
assassins to follow and kill him…

well talk to him some more then, if you talked to the other npc and got the "story" you should be able to identify him and get the training.
