Pretty sure the "lasting damage" was caused by the drugs they consume, YT, Ticktock consumption being just a side effect.

Just recently there even was an article where UK complained about Iran(!) being a threat to them. Imagine how much drugs you must abuse to start to think that Iran is close to UK. And those are the dimwits that they have in their government and government institutions, the general populace could be even worse.
