As for Transdnestria, its seems that there's an agreement brewing between Moscow and Kishenev, where Moldova will officially approve Russian presence Transdnestria for the period of at least 10 years, and in return Russia will agree to reincoporate the region into Moldova.
IMO, the chances of a conflict in Abkhazia and South Ossetia are much higher - especially since Sochi won to host the Winter Olympic. Sakashvilli will do everything in his power to destabilize the region mostly to undermine Russian influence and secure concessions for keeping calm.

Actually, lots of sentences in english sound better than in portuguese, in my opinion. But if you say so, too, than it's possible that it's common sense between portuguese speakers...

Don't worry, we hope to expand our internationalization effort to Russian soon enough, and I won't newspost (well, except in case of emergency, like I do for the French and German NMAs)
Edit: ok, that better? Boy, this is the first time I've heard Russians complain this much. Usually they just laugh and go "awww" when I try to speak Russian.

Anyway, it's as good or bad an idea as the Polish, French or German ones. The German Fallout community's been a bit broken up, but the Polish and French ones are strong, the Polish one as strong as the Russian one. But especially in times like these, there's no harm in providing extra resources.
