Wasteland 1 to be included in Wasteland 2

If they do release comprehensive mod tools, I think it's only a matter of time before some people try to remake the original in the new engine.

This sounds like a small thing, but it's actually big news for me.

I refuse to allow myself to play W2 until I play and finish W1. Also it's gonna be awhile to play W1 since I'm currently playing PS:T for the first time and I like to give a long time between games I'm certain will be my personal "classics".

That'd be pretty pointless. InXile has been ranting about the publisher deal ever since the Wasteland 2 Kickstarter, they'd be stupid to join up the biggest of them all.

huh? ranting about what publisher deal? did i miss something?

They said publishers are looking to cash in on projects which are dumbed down etc. Nobody wants a true RPG nowdays and that type of crap.

I wonder if there going to integrate all the text that was in separate book into game. They would have the space now.
