I'm not saying this test is flawless, but used in the proper way, I find it useful.

Pffft, it's not that difficult. It's absolutely worthless because it's a) unfalsifiable, b) completely self-reported (at least in this case, but it's equally worthless when administered by someone else) and c) a very clear example of the Forer effect.

Like Formerk said, it's basically horoscopes. It's about as valid as the whole bloodtype-craze in Japan.
Frankly, I was only 'administered' this test once - by a company that wanted to recruit me (i.e. they contacted me) - and it basically turned me off ever wanting to work there. I even said as much to the human resources person that was interviewing me, and explained my reasons - to which she replied that that was "typical for my profile". I laughed in her face.
