Which difficulty do you like to play on?

For FNV I only play on normal difficulty because of the tons of game balance mods I have installed that require it (they do make the game harder).

I find NV harder than Fallout 1-2, FPS is hard to balance.

With some of the harder mods, god damn you can die quickly, game has no damage resistance inherent to armour. ;(

NV was always far easier for me simply because of how garbage Gamebryo's AI is.

4: Very Hard and Survival Mode

I always select normal difficulty. I’m more focused on the story and choices, so I never want to get bogged down with overly difficult enemies.
