Like the title says, who do you think is the most badass character in Fallout?

The guy fought Deathjaws for crying out loud! Lanius and Frank Horrigan got nothing on him.

No, wait I have it: Liberty Prime. So fucking c00l. The transformer that comes alive and kills the baddies. pew pew pew
 
Randall Clark for me also. Those terminal entries were the saving grace of HH. I also liked the look of the white legs ( partial to dreadlocks )

Next up would be Father Elijah.
 
I'd say the Courier
Seriously, nothing fazes then.

They get shot in the head, and they just get up and walk it off.

They have their rain removed so they argue with it.

They just wonder into the Lucky 38 and end up ending a war that's been going on for ages.

Guy is a nutcase.

I would also say the lone wondered to an extent, but mostly because they ended up accidentally blowing up the enclave twice and became a slave so they stole a baby.

In fact, The Lone Wonderer is probably the most interesting thing to come out of Bethesda's Fallout
 
I don't think including player characters is really fair. I mean the Courier can also go around and punch everyone in the Mojave to death with his bare hands while in nothing but his underwear and a top hat if you really want him to. Or he can walk outside Goodsprings and immediately get sodomized to death by geckos, again, if you really want him to.
 
Okay, outside of the player character, I'm going to have to go with Cassidy from F2, the guy was just a complete badass with a shotgun.

Also, I found Joshua Graham to be in my top 10 favourite video game characters.

Frank horrigan- pretty self explanatory

Joshua graham- this fucker survived being set on fire and being thrown off a cliff,he also has a badass voice.

Ceaser- he turned a handful of tribes into one of the biggest empires in the wasteland.

Cannibal Johnson- he's an old school badass old guy.
 
No-Bark Noonan: he suffered from either one or more radscorpion stings that pierced his skull and it is still alive! He also knows a lot of stuff happening around Novac that others don't seem to know.
So he is tough and observant.
Oh and don't make him mad, he might stick you with his Ol' Sticky!

Ah No Bark Noonan, arguably the best character in Novac. When I found out the super mutant I was really impressed.
 
I think Ian is a pretty cool guy. Eh shoots you in the back and doesn't afraid of anything.
 
It not an official character of the game serious however I made a mod where I had a deathclaw called mr cuddles how followed me around. I shrunk him down abit so he could fit more easily into places and yeah dam mr cuddles was one though bastard. I remeber just entering building and just raveraging everyone inside. Because I made him smaller it made him look like a babey however he still had same stats and strenght as a death claw so he was tough as heck.
