Words.

On the other hand, I don't see why Old World Blues is so universally praised. It had some excellent writing and some really good humour, but I also found it way too wacky and "out there" and not fitting in with the Fallout universe at all.
Glad I am not the only one who feels that way about OWB. I to found it way too wacky and "out there" for my taste and it kinda felt a bit jaded with the rest of the tone in NV and its other DLC's.

In the mean time, Fallout 4's steam rating due to the introduction of new filter based on if the person bought the game or activated somehow else dropped to the whopping 67%/77%, that's the real consumer rating.

I love Dead Money. I don't know why its gets so much hate. I guess gamers don't bother to look around for the radios in that DLC or also hate the fact that they can't take all the gold bars from the vault.

WHY AM I STILL GETTING HATE?

I think people don't like it because of the collars and losing their items. Also trying to take all the gold bars without cheats or glitching makes them rather sad.

I remembered I could only take 1 gold bar lol. But seriously, if one of the Payday 2 members were to come upon this, it would be too easy for them. They would just bag up the pile of gold bars in a second, and throw it 20m from them.

I liked the change of atmosphere and gameplay of this DLC. It was challenging and tough, survival has never been harder. Being stripped of all my gear is always a cool concept in single player games, sometimes you grow too reliant on overpowered weapons and armour and its not a good habit. Deus Ex HR did this too.

Going through the reviews, looks like people hate it for many reasons, which include being 'un-Fallout-ty', annoying beeping, annoying clouds, lack of ammo and resources and not being a fun theme park to explore. To these people I say, man the fk up and git gud. There's plenty of secret stash around to stock up on supplies. People want everything easy and handed to them, so that they can waltz around and see pretty stuff. If you're looking for that, then you'll be sorely disappointed.

Sure you can by some nice guns, but you can also find them. It's one of those games where money looses value after not very much time, not that that's bad, I sort of come to expect this in every game now, that way I can be pleasantly supersized when I actually always need money long term in gamer. I think the only games that have done this for me is Fallout 2 and to a lesser extent Morrowind.
I remember constantly being broke AF in fo3 which is one of things I actually appreciate in that game over NV. In NV its FAR too easy to become rich. Not Mr. House Rich but rich enough. I never found myself worrying about money like I did in fo3.

Also I never felt poor in fo2 either.
It's also too easy to get money in that game.

Or fo1 tbh.

Just means it has had more time to sell on more systems since Fallout 4 came later. What do you want from me? I'm tired. :tired::lol:

They both suck but Fallout 4 does suck more.

Yeah well, Skyrim is like MC Donalds food. Everyone says it sucks, but it's also everyones guilty pleasure.

If they could legally get your money without having to provide anything in exchange, they would do it, so, in a way, they are providing more content than they wish to.

Nuka World is exaggeration of just what you said. You pay Bethesda to learn why they go their own way and not listen to the fans. Because they fuck up everything if not by design then they'll fuck things up intentionally. Apparently they tired of making easter eggs because it's too unclear for the audience.

Seems like Nuka World is even more unclear since F4's recent rating gone up to 69%... Aaand Nuka World itself rated 51%.

Which is bullshit because Nuka World is awesome.

Nuka World, much like the rest of the mess of Fallout 4 does not have integrity for itself.

Again, you are welcome to think it is great, but I am also welcome to think that the Planum would be better off without it.

Maybe the Sarcastic options are better in Nuka World...

Fallout 4 was made so a 13 year old can go on his Xbox and shoot ghouls before he goes to bed. It's stupid. Fallout is no longer the somewhat niche RPG we all know and love.
It's even more sad ... when you think about it that F1 was not really a niche RPG title when it was released ...
