X-Box says Fallout 3 for 2!

What excuse does Microsoft have? The same ones people who steal from them have? Def could get it out in the open, labeling Microsoft as a bunch of no-good thugs who steal other people's works and then go around and call the kettle black when the same shit happens to them. Then again, maybe I'm too drunk to suggest taking it to the media.
 
Nothing he could do ? he can sue and he would win probly wont go to court but most likely a settlement, you cant let people just steal your work especially from the tainted hands of :twisted: Micro$oft :twisted:

Ok guys.. I'd really love to sue these guys from Microsoft. I'm starting to get really tired of this regular stealing. I didn't say a word about this http://www.lki.ru/archive/2007/8/cover_b.jpg But didn't expect it from Microsoft guys.. I'm not quite familiar with the whole process of doing this. Should I find a lawyer residing in US or a company to make it? Anyone knows how to do that? Cos' I'm living outside of US. Any info whould be much appreciated.
 
You must first send a notification to Microsoft by the form of a mail to Weston, the guy in charge, explaining that your work is wrongfully displayed on that page, that bethesda has no rights to your work, much less XBox.com. You wait three or four days for a reply, send another notice, and in case nothing changes start a legal action on the courts of your country.

You can also start outright an action on the American courts, using a US lawyer legal advice, but you might as well wait a bit, that's expensive.

I forgot, at the same time you send the notice to Microsoft also send one to Bethesda PR, since Bethesda owns the rights of the stuff posted on the XBox site, and that's clearly outside of what they send, for sure.

From my experience working in marketing for corporate america, you'll be better off filing in the states. The international courts, if you had planned on going that route, record on intellectual property rights et al. is lacking. A secondary suggestion would be to have counsel approach Microsoft to either settle or purchase the rights to your work which would make both parties happy. either way good luck man!

btw i noticed i still have two strikes. when do these go away and how is it i got two strikes for the same post? thanks
 
If there is some form of multiplayer, it would explain why they chose not to include IN<4 Dialouge...

They expect the wantwits over XboxLive to fill in the gaps.

How is VATS going to work in Co-op? Do they really expect one X-Boxtard to sit and wait for another X-Boxtard to queue up actions? Won't that break teh immurzun?
