I use UXTheme Multi Patcher for the themes. This one is called Ashen.

I've currently got Ultramon rotating with a set of themed backgrounds - they are immensely sweet! The colours are so vivid I just can't help but WOW everytime I log on! I've downloaded a few more pictures but haven't gotten around to setting them up yet. Still beautiful though.
