I knew the guy that shot up the soldiers in Fort Hood and was on post when it happened. All that phrase does is trigger flashbacks of them wondering if there was more than one shooter running around killing people while everyone was forced to stay on post on lockdown.

I guess visiting the middle east for their hospitality and cuisine is off the table for any foreseable future for you then :/ they say that shit ALL the time, and when they don't say the exact phrase, they say like 1500 variations of it

Not to mention the calls-to-prayer, which are basically endless repetitions of the same phrase, drawn out into minute-long vocalizations :v
