A little bit of new gameplay footage - "Big Leagues" Perk

It might make sense, as I guess you won't find a whole power armor like in the previous games but you will have to collect the parts. Maybe? No clue. We will see. To be honest I like at least that idea. I always thought that the power armor was not really well done in the past. It should be a powerfull tool, but it should come with quite a lot of draw backs too. Like no sneaking. I always see the power armor as something that works similar to the suits in Ghost in the Shell, the ones you see the Series.
 
I don't know if it was the case in F1 and 2, but in FoT Power Armor (and anything heavier than leather armor for that matter) reduced your ability to sneak around tremendously. I think it even affected your lockpicking and trap skills too.
 
It would only make sense that your ability to sneak in something as large as PA is reduced. That never made sense to me in 3 that it didn't. I often found myself wondering "How do they not see me?". And this from someone that admits to pretty much suspending most rational thought while playing.

You can shoot someone in the eyeball and after looking for you for 10 seconds they go "it must've been my imagination". Just like Skyrim after it.
Rational thought pretty much has to be completely shut off while playing Bethesda games.
 
So it seems that it is just like our friend Messedup Pro said, you actually have to open a second submenu from the hover menu. If the leaked screenshots are anything to go by.

Perks within perks, menu's within menu's, crafting within crafting.
I don't like it. Seems like it'll be tedious to get around in.
