Belgium To Intoxicate Its Schoolchildren

Yes, and what happens to the vault dweller at the end? is he happy? exactly, it discourages evils.
He's also unhappy if you don't kill any people, don't kill the overseer or do kill the overseer, so that's completely irrelevant.

Im almost certain you have to kill people to complete the game. (All the people in the military base and cathedral...)

You're completely wrong.

I'd hate to be those kids. Alcaholic beverages taste aweful, how are they going to get them do drink the stuff?

Well no one has successfully justified the use of alcohol and as it is you that it is justifiying the change you are compelled to...

The article justified the use of the alcoholic beverage, if you'd cared to read it (obviously not). It is justified because it is healthier than softdrinks, as it contains less sugar. The amount of alcohol in table beer is so small that there is no detrimental effect of the beer on the children. Hence, it has been justified.

What has sugar content to do with anything? If thats the real issue then (like someone said earlier) why not just give the children water? Or milk, which is probably a lot better for them than alcohol and doesnt ruin their educations?

See? You didn't read the article. Sugar levels have to with justifying the table beer, since that's it's perk.
It would be served *alongside* milk, but as you should know, serving just one drink isn't really good. Table beer is actually very healthy stuff, and the alcohol in it is not enough to ruin their 'educations'.

I'm wondering what ruined yours, though.

In Britain the trouble is getting them to stop.

I remember visiting friends in Germany as a kid, they were all allowed to drink a light beer instead of pop. They also had a chocolate spread on their toast for breakfast, very strange people but it did them no harm.

Being introduced to alcohol at a young age (in moderation) is a probably good idea, for one thing if it's not forbidden then it doesn't become the cool thing to do and more people would be less likely to binge drink as well. What's that called aversion therapy?

As im not a Brit i kind of doubt that the British National Party would make me part of their election campaign  .

And no im not really right wing, i do not believe in racial discrimination just as i do not believe in teaching children to be murderers and poisoning them.

Ten bucks say he's Polish.

No, really, that WOULD explain why he hates beer and chocolate, trust me.

That or Mr. Cadbury and Herr Heineken assraped him in unison.

I was thinking more along the lines of you being their poster boy for why immigration is a bad idea.

'Binge Drinking' was never as common on the European mainland as it is in England - but that wasn't necessairily because of greater familiarity with alcohol, but differences in bar closing times.

With them new laws that allow British pubs to stay open longer that should be evened out, tho'.

All them doom and gloom merchants reckon the new opening hours are just going to make things worse.

People have gotten into the habit are just going to continue their pattern of drinking but for longer hours.

More likely it's nothing to do with the opening times but the state of the country. People are drinking more, to forget what a shithole we're living in these days.
