Can we honestly say Fallout 4 is better than Fallout 3?

Fallout 3 had decent atmosphere and the music went well if the themes of the game. Songs like " way back home "fit into fallout 3's theme of mourning over what the world once was, and "let's go sunning" resonates with "50s" era of optimism, and ignorant bliss.
Fallout 4's soundtrack mostly consists of bad "bomb" pun songs, and songs that have absolutely no meaning at all.
You're wrong mate. Fo4s songs got me to lvl 13. They're so good. Only positive thing about that game.

Really? Which one was your favorite. In my play through I turned the radio off because I found the music grating
Tbh I liked them all a lot but I really liked the wanderer and end of the world, and he's a demon, lay that pistol down. and Er... Atom bomb and uranium fever. The only one out of those that would even remotely for to fallout is the wanderer. Still I'm happy I found out about those songs cause They all kick ass to me.

The wanderer is one of the few good ones ( my fave one) along with end of the world. Atom bomb is a fun song(my second fave), and rocket 69 is probably the one I listen to the most. , but i can't not stand uranium or that right behind you song. Imo the worst song is grandma playing the numbers, I can't stand that annoying shitstain of a song.

Yeah it took a while for grandma plays the numbers to grow on me. I like it now but it's hands down my least favorite song in the game.

Sadly I don't remember the lyrics... so keep singing partna!
I guess better to boot up New Vegas again. Never late.

Now the stranger started talking, made it plain to folks around
Was an Arizona ranger, wouldn't be too long in town

Now this brings me to discussion again - can we say one game is better than another even if songs have to patronize us with 'IT'S FALLOUT U SEE? NUCLEAR APOCALYPSE, DO THE IMPOSSIBLE, ROAM FROM TOWN TO TOWN! SET THE WORLD ON FIRE!'? I mean, Vegas' radio wasn't about how fallouty FNV is, just the game's theme-related songs.

Well there's not too much to keep talking about when it comes to Fallout 4 besides how shitty it is. Lack of content does that to a game, besides the shooting and some power armor mechanics you might as well say Fallout 4 should be just like New Vegas since it takes none of its strengths.

I'm kind of late to this conversation but I'm curious how you felt about this song?

I kind of thought the singer sounded like Judy Garland at first, best radio song in the game in my opinion but the soundtrack was disappointing overall to me. I loved the Fallout soundtracks for 1, 2, 3 and NV all equally, so it bummed me out when I realized how much I disliked the music, both ambient and radio.

Yeah I've gotten bored talking about it.

I pefer the ranger with that big iron on his hip.
I'll leave this video here then:

A while ago, people were dubbing New Vegas as a mere expansion of Fallout 3 with similar gameplay, graphics etc and little additions which I felt was not right since New Vegas had a lot to it (though the DLCs certainly ended aforesaid dubbing with the additional content). Nowadays, I feel that description fits FO4 more since there's barely any improvements from New Vegas (aside from id's contributions to the guns) nor is there any content worthy of recollection unlike New Vegas (even a side-quest like Someone to Watch Over Me sticks out to me more than anything from FO4).

Goodsprings Run sticks more to me then Fallout 4.
