Canada’s top court rules non-penetrative sex with animals is legal

The problem I'm having with this ruling is that there's literally only one known animal that fits all of these criteria:

And that's humans.

If other animals could do those things I'd be totally fine with it. But these creatures can't even give consent which is like the most important factor in moral sex. I'll say it again... Seriously, what the fuck Canada?

Honestly, is this the result of the more compassionate of us saying "Hey, lets try to be less of an asshole and more accepting of people who are different. We all have our freak flag, so why should we flagellate some for it?"?
 
This entire SJW stuff is taking what has been established as wrong for over 1000 years, and saying that it's not a bad thing to do.

It's called a deterrent, when threatened with a prison sentence or a fine, people are less likely to do things. More basic shit.

It only serves as a deterrent if there's a chance that they would get caught. You said it yourself, what can cops do, send dog inspections to every house in the country?

It still serves as a deterrent.
The idea of a prison sentence can put some people off doing stuff, like people being put off weed because of how it is illegal and the government hypes up how bad it is all the time.
 
I can find more, just gimme a bit. I vaguely remember some video on youtube with a chick making a tutorial on how to get your dog to fuck you, but can't seem to find it right now. Maybe it was taken down.

I think you'll find that weed smoking is on the rise, especially among teens and young adults, despite it being illegal. And with weed, you can actually get caught.

That was just an example, its the same with crack or heroin. People dont do it because the government deters them.
