Creepiest part in Fallout 3?

Fall out 3 wasnt a scary game but a creepy when you play it you arnt like ahh fuck turn it off but makes you want more classic situations like for me was harold the tree wtf

oh and i lud the empty gas stqations and the sos messages through morse code and you find the shelters with radio inside and also the familly holotapes found three i think dnt no were others r

The other abandon vaults that I found doesn't really scare me when I visit and explore them. But it is really scary thinking about what it must be like for those unlucky people that got stuck in them. Imagine being slowly driven insane and turn into a monster by white noise or drugs. Unable to escape or even do anything to protect yourself and the ones that you care about. The though scares me a lot.

When a Yao Gui or Deathclaw sneak up on me. They are the only things that when they do I scream "Holy Fuck" out loud and pray theres only one (which is never true with those dam yao guis)

Spidermines in O:A, didn't notice those little buggers and all of the sudden a barrage of explosions surround me.

But in the main game nothing really scared me except for the first deathclaw at lvl 3 outside super duper mart.
I got startled a lot but not scared.

Some of the vaults were nice but again, nothing really scared me.

Played too much Silent Hill and Resident Evil to get scared I guess.
What's to be afraid of when you have godmode and pause game when tapping LB?

Nothing really scared me, just when things shocked me. Like once when I was wandering along in the old olney sewers (Broken Steel DLC), and it was pitch black, then a massive deathclaw jumped from behind the wall, it made me shit myself as well as shout out loud "WHAT THE FUCK!" my friend who was downstairs ran up stairs and look worried as if something happened, then I just said, "Oh sorry a fucking deathclaw just tried to molest me", he shrugged and walked away.

Disjointed gameworld and massive amounts of stupid Bethesda managed to cram in the game kept breaking the 4th wall for me, which resulted in poor immersion and thus little to no atmosphere.

No atmosphere, no creepiness.

The Dunwich Building.

Old Olney.

The last bit of the one vault where you find Fawkes - can't remember the name. However, that was canceled out by the sheer horribleness of the cave full of kids.

Fallout 3 is not survival horror.

mine was in vault 96 or something it was when you go in you start seeing your dad just popping and out of know were and i was like ''get me the fuck out of here''

I thoroughly enjoyed the Dunwich building, partly because I am a total Lovecraft fanboy.

That being said I will admit it did creep me out. After I had finished going through it and reached the end I had this very urgent feeling that I needed to get far away from the place and running through the dark hallways trying to find my way back out had a sense of panic to it. I honestly felt better once I was out of the building and I looked back and it was far behind me.

It was well done in that regard, usually I am not able to get that immersed in games these days.

Dunwich Building is "bad mojo", cant be said any better.

Also, when visiting previously mentioned Andale and I went outside, the dialogue opened with that one lady with the shades and for some reason, random NPC's just talking is creepy, especially when it was night and I thought nothing odd was going on.
