Do you remember insane scenes from Gibson's Neuromancer, such as Riviera projecting BDSM snuff in French holobar, where Molly with disfigured breasts and huge nipples rip opened his back with her razor hand and pulled out his blood dripping spine? I'm so glad it was written back then, with none present day whinners born yet!
 
Didn't Gibson purposefully explore S&M themes because of how it will effect modern society?
 
Good Read. They bring up that part about people calling that picture of the soda advert as transphobic because it sexualizes a transperson but wouldn't that imply a world of acceptance if they got to the point doing that in advertisements? B-b-but they shouldn't be doing that in the first place, despite the fact the game takes place in a literal cultural wasteland, like the entire planet has become Time Square and is just a big bright lifeless concrete and steel husk, filled with weirdos and assholes.

Frankly, after more than a decade of cookie cutter, assembly line production games and "services", an overproduction of them in fact; I believe we do have enough average and above-average titles to scratch the itch until something truly well done pops up every other year.
Not to mention other mediums like fiction and shows and podcasts and vid. tutorials also competing for our free time.
