Dead Money trailer out

What gives you the idea its a Commonwealth android, could also be just a bald woman.

So far FNV has mostly avoided FO3 and I see no reason for the developers to change that.

I think that the best part of the trailer was the painstaking care it must have taken that old man to go around town and write all the "YOU LEAVE AND YOU DIE" graffiti. I really can appreciate that effort.

I don't have super high hopes for Dead Money, but I bet it will be leagues ahead of Mothership Zeta. I mean, I don't think I've ever heard someone say that F3 was better than F:NV, and I doubt I'll ever hear someone say this new add-on is worse than what we got on the last go-around.[/quote]I heard of many people who like FO3 over FNV...btw. As far has DLC goes ,The Pit was okay, but PL & BS were pretty good.I will wait to hear more about DM,but for now I see nothing that says better than FO3.

Commonwealth *shudder*

You'll definitely see more of it in Bethesda's FO4!

That's as low of a standard as it gets, aside from maybe Horse Armor.

The old man didn't do that.

That was the one of the first batch (or was it the second batch?).

Cause if first you don't succeed send some one else!

How does Microsoft actually manage to make a contract for exclusive first releases?

By being one of the biggest companies in the world?

No I mean, make a deal in which they would miss out on money by not releasing on all platforms instead.

But I already answered that question to myself, first getting M$' money and several months later as yet the money from PC and PS3 users.

Well, it's there to motivate people to buy Xboxes for one thing.

If it really was as simple as "Release on all platforms = profit; release on one platform = less profit", then I don't think they would make deals like this.

The full graffiti is actually, "Stay = Death / Leave = Death" which makes more sense coming from a 'prisoner'.

If you pause the video at 0:48-0:49 you can see the girl has a line that circles her face, and another that lines her chin (like a puppet). Not to mention she's kneeling outside a robot charging station.

Haven't checked the line on her face but the station could just be a re-purposed asset.

You did not mention this option, a pre war android.

Haha oh man. I thought some of the stuff in New Vegas was bad but I guess they were actually suppressing the urge to add silly inappropriate shit and saving it up for the DLCs.

I do wonder the same. Imo, the little the trailer showed is even worse then the Fallout 3 DLC showed us before, atleast all of them had something remotevily "Fallouty" inside. This here is just... well.

I'd bet, if the very same Trailer'd come from Bethesda directly without Obsidian involved in it, the people would go rage, speaking "OMG they ruin fallout this is not fallout, look at that lol!1" - now we're seeing even "Hey, this doesn't look bad!".

I think that a lot of people are annoyed, myself included. But since it's Obsidian, people are willing to wait and see what the reviews say before dismissing it entirely (especially because I would guess that Beth, who does PR and Marketing AFAIK, probably created this trailer).
