I have a question, Kharn. Will the email addys from DaC be carried over to NMA, or will they be deactivated? It's not a big deal if they are going away, I just need to know so that I can start switching things.

That's Odin's call, but I don't think so. @nma-fallout.com are pretty much reserved for people directly affiliated with NMA, I think only the admins have 'em right now. Odin?

I don't want to seem like I'm begging for an email addy, because I'm not. It's just that it's the addy I used for registering for this forum and lots of other stuff.

Damn the luck.

I was on DaC when Killzig announced Megatron becoming an admin for fun.

Then five minutes later he banned me!

Went back on a couple of hours later and I was unbanned, and I could see part of the aftermath. All my recent posts had been edited, and there was that damn error message on top of every thread.

Megatron, I gotta say...

But seriously, I hope that you DaC folk find this place welcoming enough to be your new stalking grounds.

Perhaps a new Hosted Forum for the DaCers would be a good addition here?

Man, I must have the touch of death, I just registered there, and was lurking around before I posted. Argh, Ellisar I think I did it again.

To explain, I registered here, then a week later BIS closed down and F3 was canceled. I registered at DAC, a week later, shut down.

DAC forum? Sounds okay to me. Although if they want, they can just apply to the Order, we have our own forum.

Heh...I was the Perpetual SDF. I was online when all the stuff went down...They changed people's posts (only one of mine I noticed), took out a bunch of pictures and replaced them with the little can-o-Spam GIF, and there was a little goatse.jpg floating around.

Then there were no images anywhere on the boards, the pages were black with black text, and when it was all over, we were left with an error message at the top of pages, and a few PMs saying "We're working on it"

The boards are back up/still there, though, for those who didn't know.

The boards appear fairly broken to me with php errors all over the place.

Lessons learned: If you let monkeys borrow your car keys, don't be surprised when your car finishes up in ditch full of banana skins and monkey crap...
