That's not a bug. You have to keep in mind that Hakunin doesn't like to speak in a straightforward manner. What he's saying is that he hopes that you don't get injured, and therefor will have no use for the healing powders. It's just is way of saying that he hopes nothing bad happens to you.

I've never noticed that until now maybe it's not a bug?

I do this every time. I take no perks until Level 12 then I take both Lifegivers...
 
Haven't read every page of this thread, so maybe this has been asked already, but have the source files been made available already?

I didn't write that list myself, so I don't know why the Neural Interface was listed. I seriously doubt it has any use and will probably remove it (or mention it's useless) after consulting killap.

Yup, you are correct. Thanks, it's hard to keep track of every little change. I think this was removed to help prevent the "too many items" bug.

I was debating whether to wait for Mirak to finish his playthrough, since he's been very active with his bug hunting - he's been quite thorough.

But the Steam issue is bad enough that I don't want to wait an unknown amount of time. So, expect an update Monday or earlier (hopefully Sat evening). This will include Steam installer fix, GoG .cfg file fix, and a number of other RP bug fixes. Also maybe the red haired girl too.

No sources yet. I kinda want to wait until I *really* am not planning on large amounts of work on the RP. I don't want to keep releasing new source files. This should be the case when the first batch of translations roll out.

Yes, the Neural Interface has no purpose. More just tossed in their as a unique junk item.

I got couple more things, sadly I didn't make notes, so it's quite possible I forgot some things or don't remember them correctly or accurately.

Klamath
- Duntons disappear (I think you have to leave the map and come back) after you prove their guilt to Mrs. Buckner. Maybe worth a mention in the walkthrough.
- Don't you get exp. for obtaining second piece of evidence, the brahmin marking? (Really don't know)

The Den
- Boy in residental area tied to orphanage quest is named Bobby not Johnny.
- I think it's now possible to doublecross Lara and her gang. You can warn Tyler before Lara's attack and then help Tyler fight her.

New Reno
- You get 150 exp. for swapping Monte's cards with marked ones.
- You can get information for free only if you have some active quest (in that moment when you win all his money), where that information is relevant (probably). But I'm just assuming that, because I didn't get any free info after I won all his money and when I returned later, he charged me as usual.
- I didn't get an option to give McGee only half of the money (Speech 90, Charisma 7).

Yikes, that's a nasty one. Disabling the high res patch fixes this. I didn't try to see if modifying the settings of the res patch also makes it go away. I'll let Mash know.
 
When I first seen it hurt my eyes. edit: I've also found quite a bit of Vanilla grammar errors that I might correct and upload for intelligent characters.

I've confirmed this is correct. Made some changes in that section.

If you first say "Hold on a minute. How about I give you the money I won", then you get to chose to give either $500 or $250 back.

Well, I actually hope it's good enough as it is...
 
I'm not sure that all of us have this problem but in the ABBEY, when I'm investigating the water pump the dialogue screen is display and i can't choose any options from the answer list, and also this screen still stay displayed. despite of that I can still move my character at the area, but the dialogue screen is stil visible. Even when i try to load game this annoying bug still remains. I must exit the game, and open application again.
 
And also, i think it's bug, the DEX apparition model. He doesn' change his outfit. No matter what armor he use, he still remains in the suit.

He's classy like that. ;) No bug here, he doesn't change appearance so that he can't use all weapon types.

Now to wait for the ultimate ultimate Fallout 2 version, as the next RP is cooking. :lol:

Will you be releasing your mod on GitHub as development slows down? It would be such a shame if it all ended here. Just imagine you coming back in a few years and see of RP 2.2 alive and well with bugs still being squashed by the collective and maybe even other Fallout 2 mods being built with RP 2.2 as a base. What a wonderful sight it would be!

Hmm did this flicker eventually ending in a crash? Because that is what happened when I was fighting Dragon's team to prove my worth.
