The official Fallout 3 site offers a HD version of the Good Life trailer. The site's a bit up and down in speed right now, so you can also nab it from NMA (AtomicGamer), instead.

Meanwhile, here's a bunch of stills from the HD trailer, thanks to radnan.

In other news, it seems you can call the 1-888-4VAULT-Tec number from the trailer. If you do, you get an automated message going "Welcome to Vault-Tec.. all of our representatives are currently busy.." etc. etc. (thanks whirlingdervish)

The way the yellow mutant behind the other yellow mutant crosses his legs with both feet pointing inwards is odd.

Vertibird is nice.

Trees are the new trees.

I'd say they ripped of the Super Mutant designs from Fallout Tactics. Just look at the armour. I don't need to say that I didn't like (to say the least) that design.

I think I've found Elder Lyons' daughter:

Oh yeah, and when the Fatman hit her left arm came off.

How about a still with the brain bot at 2:19?

wow didnt really see it there - looks decent
very wierd - in this scene the human soldiers seem to run around at random .. one is shooting at you alltho there is a mutant in the background

also the more i look at it the more bodies seem to resemble jello or water baloons popping when hit even with a lowly pistol

I called the number.

You get an automated message that says "welcome to Vault-tec.. all of our representatives are currently busy.. you're number blah blah blah in line... thank you."

woooo.

Which means she's not Sarah Lyons. Do you think Beth would make her killable?

Still, Bethesda is going full-out for this PR wave.

Dunno, but there was more than one BoS soldier without a helmet and with the head-cover thing. The Cabbot look, so to say

Who says she is? Maybe you can still cut the limbs of immortall people. Probably not, but that would damn cool. I always hate when things automaticly die in games if they lose a limb.

They are clearly using Radiant AI to pathfind their way past the fence.

Wouldn't you be running around at random if you saw a Supermutant lug a chaingun towards you and open fired?

This is why I'll never be a good raider. :(

FO3 environments often look like a bunch of models with mismatching color/art direction copy-pasted together by a term of interns.

And what's up with those rectangular rock formations at the distance, you know, the ones lifted directly from Gears of War ?

I don't know what they're called, but they are the things that you duck behind in Gears of War, often in the middle of the street or on stairs leading to a building.

EDIT: this.

I'd say these were some sewage tunnels
converted into trenches after the ground
has collapsed.

Uhm.. that's a wall made out of sandbags. Pretty common in all kind of games and real-world wars.
