Fallout 3 pirated, videos spread

There is, but some of the people played with the music off.
So, i am not right then, i guess. :D
Or they're simply lying to fool Wastelanders into believing them, but still plan to exterminate them in the long run. And they do plan to restore schools, homes, society". For themselves, after they get rid of the mutants.
I hope so....With all my heart.

Now i realise that there was one thing that shocked me.
"Ghouls do not eat people. "Normal" guys do".

I guess why not? Evil guys pretending to be good is hardly deep, but it's better than straight-up evil, and the Enclave was never particularly deep.

Those President Eden fireside chats aren't very good, tho'. And indeed Enclave radio is a pain in the ass, with the constantly repeating marching band music

So I'm watching the opening videos right now. Has it been confirmed that we have to sit through this shit everytime one starts a new game?

It looks like their solution to RAI problems was to just turn it off wholesale. I just saw the PC pick-pocket from someone, and the person just shouts"YOU STOLE THAT" and doesn't react otherwise, just standing there.

Well done.

Well done.
I suspect that it's what people usually do when someone steals from them.

Or two of the kids fighting at the party and nobody even reacting.

That's pretty normal too. Otherwise there wouldn't be a gang in a vault because their evil would be cut off at it's roots.

Anyway, personally, I don't have anything against internet piracy, but leaking a game before it's released is evil. I hope that whoever did this will end up in jail.

Now about the videos...
The movement and combat looks very, very cumbersome. Melee combat looks atrocious. Vats for some reason reminds me of Manhunt. Also, is that epic symphonic music in game?
Graphics outside the vault look pretty awful.

Watching it feels like watching a so bad it's horrible movie. MST3k anyone?

What is the chance that this will lead to a financial disaster to

Bethesda?

With all this gigalomanic PR campaign, overhyping 'n stuff.

You know,

it's just depressing to imagine a crying Todd.

You get an achievement for picking up the pipboy. I know they gave out achievements for asinine things but, during a scripted event too? And why does no one say anything when Mr. Handy rips apart the cake. Seems like that could have been a good humorous moment with some well placed dialogue.

I just feel really sad for the people bought this game and even worse for the people who think its good.

I don't think it's bad, and I see no reason as to why I would hate it. Sure, I don't think it's a great fallout game, but as a game on it's own, it has the features which I look out for (RPG sandbox game).

from what i see we must be expecting "POS returns" rather than Fallout 3.

really, the feedbacks kinda killed my entire desire to buy F3.

Wow.

You must live in Egypt.

Near the Nile.

The vault is like a fucking Disney animatronics ride; too artificial and nowhere near enough intelligence...

Will you really be able to cope with that for hour after hour of errand boy quests? The violence may feel fun and shiny, and offer relief to begin with, but how much long-term pleasure is there to be had from insta-gibbing via VATS?

I would imagine that the information gleamed from the leak will have a bigger impact than the piracy itself.

Though i am doubtfull it will, to many tards are swayed by marketing, just look at any media industry.

I hope Bethesda goes into a financial disaster and Interplay buys Fallout again

no one would see that coming...

I would much rather someone other than BS or Interplay would get it.

Maybe Obsidian.

Too bad Troika is gone.

My expectations already couldn't get any lower with regards to content, but this killed them off on the gameplay department as well. This damn thing is exactly like Oblivion with a pause system tacked on. Third person still looks like shit, I'd say improvements from their last attempt were pretty negligible since you still look like you're floating around. Hell, there appears to be little to none in the AI too, so I think a pattern is quickly emerging here.

I don't live far off Africa, in fact I live on an island, a bit North of Africa, in the middle of the sea

Yes I have doubts about certain things about the game, but I still want to play it and try it out myself.

You can change all your stats while leaving the Vault, so you can always load the save from the end of the tutorial when starting a new game.
