Still from fileshack page

Here's a still from the fileshack page. Power Armor in DC.

I have a fileshack account so I watched this pretty quickly.

No gameplay what so ever, so we still don't know anything (Other then well it is going to be 3D but we knew that) but it is apparently using the in-game engine, it definitely has a 50's feel though.

Soon as we get it.

How the hell are you managing that Odin? An account at FilePlanet or FileShack?

Voodoo Extreme also has a mirror, and there's some comments from Pete Hines in there too:

1) Yes, that's in-engine (in-engine means it's done with game assets in our rendering engine, but isn't done real-time. If it was done in real-time, that'd be gameplay footage. This isn't something, for example, that was sent to some house [e.g. Blue Studios] so they could build assets and render it out, and create something for us to release [e.g. Dawn of War 40K intro cinematic]). 2) Yes, that's The Ink Spots singing "I Don't Want to Set the World On Fire" 3) Yes, that's Ron Perlman [voiceover man extraordinaire of Fallout 1 and 2].

WTF they did to the power armor?
Its all WRONG!

But the "Body of Panama Falls concept art questions" answer is becoming more obvious. And terryfying.

Ow man, just look at it. Look at it so I could close my eyes.

I forgot to say they do have Ron Perlman at the end say War. War never changes but I have no idea if they are reusing the sound clip or if he is actually going to be doing anything in Fallout 3.

The question about if we knew if it was in 3D or not, we knew because when was the last time you saw a 2D engine?

What we don't know is what viewpoint it will be.

The power armor did look better in motion though.
