Fallout 4 Creation Club is now live

It devalues the entire concept of user reviews. And if user reviews are devalued it hurts smaller games way more than any big game protest ever will.
But there's not much smaller games actually getting hurt by it, tho? Unless for very good reason. If developers fucked up in relation to their fanbase, either from consumer practice (correct me if this term is incorrect) or fucking something about the game, then they deserves all of the review bombing, no matter if they're big or small games.

You shouldn't even consider that.
A. They capitulated to gamer pressure. This update SHOULD end update conflicts over CC.
B. F4SE and related mods I use updated quickly.
C. After I updated everything, the game ran without problems.
D. I said "MIGHT" because they're still scumbags trying to milk every dollar they can out of this game.

It took 6 years of being on Steam to write my first review. Might take a while to get around to changing this one, IF I remember to.

Skyrim Special Edition received Creation Club as well, I'm wondering if they did the same thing for it as they did with Fallout 4.

One thing (among many) that really stinks about CC is the fact that I have no option to review this turd on Steam. I suppose if I bought some of their stupid credits Steam would give me the option. But, since CC doesn't count as a DLC in the Season Pass, and even though it was wedged into the game I do own, it would appear I don't "own" CC. Thus, no review option. I'm not planning to give them money just so I can trash CC. If they want the game to have better reviews, players should have the option to review CC as if were a regular DLC.

I guess I'll be keeping my bad review of Fallout 4 on Steam unless this changes.

If someone doesn't recommend a product because of bad business practices, it should be noted, no?

I am all for review bombing. Nothing ever gets done by staying silent and not disrupting things.
I don't think the review of the costumer will ever be devaluated or meaningless, what has become meaningless are the reviews of "Big outlets" and such which we all know are completely unreliable with the amount of backroom stuff that goes on even with Youtubers.
Review bomb away.
