Fallout 4 gameplay videos leaked, Bethesda starts taking them down

Someone who works at IGN just said that Fallout 3 has the best story telling and characters out of all the Fallout games.

Was it in their brand new Vault IGN podcast they just put up a couple hours ago? Or somewhere else? I just started listening to this podcast fully prepared for the stupid.

Just from the title I can already tell it's dumb. I love listening to people talking about Fallout when they've only played FO3, they know nothing about the series at all. Oh, and if you're bored and want to cringe a little more, read the comments.

"could be? wtf is this could be shit it will be game of the year no doubt"

"Why is this video getting so many dislikes?" - "Because it's a stupid video. We already know it will be the best Fallout yet."

When you look in a container, and he says 'nice!' or 'jackpot!' eventhough its just some random crap--that would get old fast.

I just saw another way they can burn through their 13k lines of dialogue without it actually havign subtance, when you talk to your companions while crouching his voice is in whispers, so that doubles companion banter too....

So... a majority of dialogue turned shit by technicalities.

Just finished listening to that IGN Fallout podcast. The guy who said Fallout 3 has the best story has more than likely only played Fallout 3. He's admitted to not having played Fallout 1 or 2, obviously, and I'm guessing he played very little, if any, New Vegas. So he clearly has limited experience with the series.

Brendan Graeber said New Vegas was his favorite because he likes the open-ended origin where the game doesn't force you down a pre-determined path with a background like "I'm looking for my dad". New Vegas allowed him to do what he wanted whereas Fallout 3 didn't and that's why it had the best writing as it considered way more paths to take than just one or two. So that's refreshing to hear from someone who works at IGN. I'm guessing he's not going to like the super-constrained background narrative that's forced on his character in Fallout 4. Just a guess.

Jared Petty, the one who runs the podcast, said Fallout 2 was the best written, so there's at least one person on this podcast who can be considered a real Fallout fan. :P

The car factory is pretty cool. I hate that the streamer does nothing but shoot shit though.

So we have limited Fallout 3 fanboy, a Fallout New Vegas fan and a Fallout fan. Interesting mix up.
