I hope so, I like it because it has a cape. As a side note, I always thought that after the Oil Rigs destruction, the Enclave had an encounter with the MWBoS and decided to adopt a similar armor due to even further lack of proper resources for PA production. Hell, maybe inbetween an Enclave encounter and fighting Caesar's legion, the MW had to turn to Lyon's for an alliance?

They're a splinter faction that left the Brotherhood in great Airships, during a great storm the airships crashed and they found themselves in the Midwest around Chicago and took control there. They have a rather Fascist mindset and exchanged protection of locals there in exchange for fresh recruits, including mutants and ghouls.
