"Fallout: Between Good & Evil" announcement

Here's a final version of one of the town arts that'll surely invite you to one area that will never be cut to the end of the BGE development. :lalala:

I was rather wasn't going to make it public now, but the author did so, thus here's it.

I just love my endless army of freelance 3d artists.

This looks really great as the image. But... how does it look ingame and in 640x480px? ;)

Sorry for my ignorance but does this mod stack with normal game? Or is it a total redo?
I ask this because i usually don't go with total modifications of the game, i rather play the original game with some more modules.

Anyway, these new graphics the mod seems to have are indeed tempting me.

BGE's obviously still a FO2 total conversion and not the FO3 one, and yesterday's stuff is just a town art. You know what town art is, right? Yes, that crazy shit full of green triangles! :D

lol, i'm not THAT ignorant :P
A shame it's total conversion, maybe someday the files get released and it'll be somehow integrated on megamod as side quests

:)

You mister, are a very weird person. very very.

Great art as always.
The tree is simply beautiful. Is the sign a reference to the poet?

Integrated on megawhat?

You mean merged cities? Merged worldmap? Merged Arizona and California? Merged 2139 and 2262 era? Did you just get high? :lalala:

Now seriously, why on earth should we waste our time by fixing bugs after BIS guys or st. similar? We are/want to be creative, right?

So that, I don't care if someone will/will not use our unique gfx for projects like Megamod when BGE is released, but we won't ever lift a hand for some fixing boredom as long as I'm the project leader.

The Byron's family in over here is, I'd say, quite well written and among others has some pre-war roots in Scotland. So, you'll see ingame. :D

And no, this is no gang.

Don't get me wrong, i like and respect the effort you guys are putting to this new fallouty scenario. I just said that i rather role play as chosen one than to start something new. That's what i meant when i said that would be great if someday, somehow, the gfx cities and quests could be implemented in megamod, so your work could actually be used and explored by the chosen one. Maybe when MIB expand the scenario to add FO1 cities, he can expand it also to implement some of the cities/quests/npc/items from this mod or MR or other solo mods out there.

Again, don't get me wrong, i like your guys work, it's just, i don't like getting far from "the main quest".

Actually time travels are fitting very well into retarded Fallout 2 design. Remember that random encounter with some stupid Portal? And instead of that portal you'll put some device as a reference to The Time Machine movie... While traveling you'll be able to meet Chosen One(s) from parallel worlds, time paradoxes and such stuff... Sliders like thing...

Well, it was just a kind of easter egg, so I wouldn't think very much about it.

Man, I know you mean it in a good way, but what are you saying here is just somehow mad. And stealing our precious ideas as well.

Still, no problem with sharing the most of art, which's sort of shared crosswise all the modding community and that's good.

Maybe you're just too stuck on Fallout 1/2.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, something completely different! ...like the oldest version of Ghostus' skyscraper.

This bloody piece of crap, I'd say, started off a crazy times of Fallout graphics experiments. Thus seriously influenced or motivated a great number of Fallout modding legends (erhm).

I do remember we picked up X good-class workers only/partly thanks to this art. The source files are obviously lost for ages, but hey, who cares? :D

Just found in my "Backup 2005" DVD.
