savegame files from Nevada 1.02 work with that crazy edition?

How install CE game with english translation?
 
I just installed the CE and so I started over. I saw a printscreen of a dog in a previous post, can anyone tell me where to find him?
 
After finding the Overseer he is saying something like this: "Wipe the drives... they won't find us...", referring to a computer on the 2nd level. I cannot find such a computer. Also, does that mean that there is a way to prevent massacre at Vault 8?

new reno railway station NW corner, but still dont know what needed to do ... just try if you figure it out

that comp is on lv3 not lv2, the big one looks like reactor with console on left side, or if you remember comp from San Fran brotherhood bunker, its the same graphics and no there isnt way to protect VC, cause clones comes from different location searching for Mysterious Device, that was stolen by Jay... if you wish good end just kill them and then install this device on lv 4 vault in VC

i think that he should say that you must kill the president, cause he is the main comp in gov shelter ...
 
that depends on the version, 3.2 has most addons, 3.3 hasnt but is impossible difficulty ... so you should choose version, that you like ... if its still possible download it

but new places, dialogues and characters isnt translated so still in russian :D

there is one weapon, that you cant find in any version, not after finishing game, i asked me why ? but then i create it in editor and understand why they never used it, it can kill 3 and more enemies in one shot, so it will ruin whole balance in the game, sure advanced rocket launcher can this eventually too but this weapon is even more deadly, its 40mm grenade launcher and it can be too upgraded to advanced grenade launcher, but rocket launcher use big weapons skills and this one use throwing skills

So you mean that ver 3.2 is superior to 3.3 unless one loves hardcore style difficulty, right? Aside from the difficulty there is no difference?

Hopefully said extra content will be translated eventually though Dionis hasn't posted in a while...

Is there plenty of extra text compared to the regular version?

I'm also stuck in this quest. Has anyone managed to complete the investigation?

Edit: BTW, I just found some weapon called a "Shock Knuckler" using the metal detector in Reno (Eldorado section) while desperately searching for clues. :D
 
1. ask wounded in their base, heal him or repair autodoc
2. ask drug dealer near casino and whores on the street
3. near them is one lamp, use repair on it
4. go to building with patrick, search outside on balcony
5. ask patrick

its not so hard figure out, that was hired sniper, thats enough to finish this quest

P.S. there is more, but you need "private detective" and some traveling outside reno

Damn, I couldn't think of that, thank you.

I actually figured out that the balcony had something to do with it, and also spoke with Patrick but there wasn't any dialogue option related to this quest.

so you probably dont repair flashing lights in VC, Reno, Las Vegas or Salt Lake ?

Wasn't even aware they were repairable. There was a blinking street light in Reno and I thought it was a bug of some kind. :D I just try to lock/unlock every door for XP as I always do in Fallout.
