Ouch, was it tactics? I thought I recall it in Fallout 1. Well, doesn't matter, it is a random encounter, yes. The four horsemen of the post apocalypse

Finding a "You see the remains of a very old battlefield" encounter and reading the descriptions there was always very powerful for me too.

Any of the lines said by New Reno townsfolk when you're wearing power armor. I remember sitting for hours, clicking again and again until I was confident I had read all of them.
