The perk bonus rate of fire and the trait equivalent enable you to fire a weapon at only 4 AP (and then maybe even three if you get both).

This perk allows your character to shoot a little faster. Each ranged weapon attack costs one AP less to perform.

The trait fast shot also reduces the cost by one, but has the downside that you cannot aim. The lack of targeted shots does not matter when you get the mighty sniper perk combo, so you can always mutate a trait later on. Coupled with a bonus move or two, a bozar and 12 AP, the world is at your mercy.

On another note I would like to say "Mother f*cking c*ck sucking b*stards suck my nuts" to all the people that did not put a reason or just spammed :moon:
 
In FO2 the best weapon is the gauss rifle and gun, but the most fun is tha BOZAR "eat lead you alien c*cksucker"
 
FO1- Alien blaster, or the Red Ryder
FO2- The weird energy rifle in the S.F. Brotherhood base
FOT- So far... Nothing... I don't have any cool guns yet...
 
I must say the most fun i have with a weapon is the Red Ryder Limited Edition BB Gun.
I just get a kick out of the idea of saying to an Enclave patrol that i wipe out with targeted eye shots; "Be careful, or you will put your eye out."
I just love cackling that every time i kill an Enclave patrolman with a targeted shot to his eyes! :twisted: :lol:

in both FO1 and 2 it's a pretty "special" encounter where you get the Red Rider LE BB

anybody know how to get it without going to Sierra Army depot in FO2 ?
 
Its the Pancor Jackhammer and the GaussMinigun(im talking about FOT : BOS).In Fallout 2 it is the most useless SMG.
 
* the pancor jackhammer is a combat shotgun and in no way could it ever be considered a SMG
* it's bloody effective if you get it when you hit redding
 
FO1 - Turbo Plasma to the eyes.
FO:T - AK47 until 'The Mighty M249 SAW.'
FO2 - Standard Pistol (I'm only in Klamath currently and its not a pipe rifle!!!1!)
 
FO1- 9mm SMG and the 223. pistol, like someone said because of the BANG! Wonder why they removed it in FO2.

FO2- Pulse Rifle because it's the meanest gun in the game.

FOT- Laser Rifle because it has almost as much accurancy as the sniper rifle and does more damage (and I used 2snipers in the game)

I didnt mean that - its just my english :) I didnt say that the Jackhammer is the most useless SMG - I was traying to say that in Fallout 2 the most useless SMG is my fav. - I got it from Happy Harry in Vault City :)

I dont like big guns.I prefer to have smaler guns 8) .
